Gobblexo — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Gobblexo app collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. Gobblexo is intended for a general audience.

Identifiers (User ID, Device ID)

Used to identify your device and game sessions, enable online multiplayer matches, and keep your progress in sync.

Gameplay Content

Match history, scores, and in-game actions, collected so that online matches can sync between players.

Purchase History

Processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) when you make an in-app purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple handles all payment processing.

Advertising Data & Product Interaction

We show ads through third-party advertising partners. These partners may collect device identifiers and interaction data to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads if you grant tracking permission.

On iOS, we request permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. You can allow or deny this at any time in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking. If you deny permission, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

Gobblexo uses third-party advertising services to display ads. These partners are required to provide the same level of protection for your data as described in this policy, and they maintain their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers, such as our advertising partners, as necessary to operate and monetize the app, or improve its functionality.

Gobblexo is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the app's features. You may request deletion of your data, or revoke consent for its collection, at any time by emailing us from the address associated with your account or device.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
